Another Relaxing Day

Woke up this morning to see dolphins swimming by.  Yeah, I finally saw them in the ocean!  Have been kind of ignoring the tread mill, so decided I'd better get back at it today.  Went 33 minutes, and then walked out the boardwalk to the ocean for a few minutes of solitude.  Gordy went out on his 6.6 mile walk/run.

Then to the pool.  Even tho it seemed very windy outside the pool, it was beautiful laying out.  Feel like we're all getting some pretty good tans.  Stayed for a couple of hours.

Had leftover beef stew for lunch, which actually tasted pretty good today.

Gordy & I went for a 2 mile plus walk on the beach, seeing lots of sea stars and jellyfish today.  This is a picture of the back of our building from our beach.



Gordy took this picture.  Said he wanted to practice on his self-portraits so he could get as good at taking them as Karen. 

Ended  the day with dinner at The Golden Lion Cafe in Flagler Beach.  Had really good shrimp, shrimp and chips, and fish and chips.
